Blown Speaker Gospel was created from tragedy and turmoil. In 2011, a member in the early lineup of the band had an untimely passing. The horrific event inspired founder Armando Peredia to carry the torch for the fallen comrade. A college student by day, a self described guitar tinkering weirdo by night, Armando experimented with textured guitar driven soundscapes. Combining echoes of misled youth and a past skateboarding in the streets of suburban southern California, Blown Speaker Gospel have crafted a unique sound. In early 2014, the band began playing out live and have since crafted a stage presence distinct to their native Inland Empire. In September '14 the band released their highly unanticipated EP 'Ritual Cave'.
